Welcome to
QOE HEALTH PTY LTD
NDIS Provider and Community Resilience Support Service
An innovative team of clinicians driving a mobile health & wellbeing service, responding to the needs of NDIS adult participants and general family & community challenges experienced as a result of social, emotional & environmental circumstances.
We have a strong clinician network we can draw upon to provide a timely and robust response to our client's individual needs. Our modern mobile clinic provides a well resourced local response as required. We have a strong history of living and working across the remote, rural and regional NSW and QLD and appreciate the tyranny of distance in accessing quality disability, health & well-being services.
With a person-centred approach, our Care Coordinators and NDIS Support Coordination team will work with you and your family, or carers, to ensure you access all the NDIS funded supports you require.
We currently provide NDIS services in Central, Western, Northern and Southern NSW and are happy to offer a free no obligation chat to ensure your disability & well-being needs are met through individual service matching and referals as required.
